Refund Policy
This policy applies to digital products sold through radioreach.us by RadioReach (“RadioReach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We may update this policy from time to time; the version posted on this page applies to your purchase.
The Short Version
RadioReach comes with a 30-Day Action-Based Money-Back Guarantee. In plain language, that means:
- You have 30 calendar days from your date of purchase to request a refund.
- The guarantee is action-based, not unconditional. To qualify, you show a reasonable, good-faith attempt to use and evaluate the product — specifically, that you contacted at least five relevant radio stations or industry contacts using the RadioReach materials.
- You do not need results to qualify. Airplay, replies, placements, revenue, or any other outcome are not required. An honest effort, honestly documented, is enough.
- If something went wrong on our end — you never received your files, you got the wrong product, or the files were corrupted and we could not fix them — the proof-of-use requirement does not apply.
The full details are below.
The 30-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the date of your purchase. The 30-day period begins on your purchase date, not the date you downloaded or first opened the files. Requests submitted after 30 days fall outside this policy and may be denied.
Eligibility Requirements
RadioReach products are downloadable digital files. Because they cannot be “returned” in the physical sense, we ask customers requesting a refund to show a reasonable, good-faith attempt to use and evaluate the product. To be eligible, you must:
- Identify your purchase. Provide the email address used at checkout along with your receipt or order number.
- Tell us why it didn’t work for you. Briefly explain why the product did not meet your needs.
- Show that you used it. Provide reasonable proof that you used the product — for example, dated screenshots, a redacted outreach log, or similar evidence showing that you contacted at least five (5) relevant radio stations or industry contacts using the RadioReach materials.
- Describe what happened. Briefly describe the results, obstacles, or issues you encountered.
You do not need to receive airplay, replies, placements, revenue, or any specific result to qualify. We ask that you genuinely try the product — not that you succeed with it. Redacting personal information, station staff names, or private correspondence from your evidence is completely fine; we only need enough to see that the outreach happened.
How to Request a Refund
Email your request to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request,” including:
- your checkout email address and your receipt or order number;
- a short explanation of why the product did not meet your needs;
- your proof of outreach described above; and
- a brief description of your results, obstacles, or issues.
We will review your request and respond, typically within two business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within five to ten business days of approval, depending on your bank or payment provider. If we need more information to evaluate your request, we will ask you for it.
What Happens After an Approved Refund
An approved refund ends your license to use the product. When a refund is approved, you agree to:
- delete all downloaded copies of the materials, including any copies you made;
- stop using the materials; and
- stop sharing, reselling, redistributing, publishing, or commercially exploiting the refunded product in any way.
Continued use of the materials after a refund is not permitted.
Technical and Delivery Problems
The proof-of-use requirement does not apply when the problem is on our side. You may request a full refund regardless of product use if:
- you did not receive the product;
- you received the wrong product; or
- you received a materially corrupted or unusable file that RadioReach cannot fix within a reasonable time.
In these situations, just contact us at [email protected] with your order details and a description of the problem, and we will make it right.
When a Refund May Be Denied
We may deny a refund request when:
- the request is submitted after 30 calendar days from purchase;
- the customer provides no reasonable evidence of good-faith use;
- the customer changed their mind without meaningfully reviewing or using the product;
- the customer expected guaranteed airplay, replies, fame, revenue, or another result that RadioReach never promised;
- the customer copied, resold, redistributed, published, scraped, or shared the materials;
- the evidence submitted is false, altered, or misleading; or
- the request appears connected to repeated refund abuse, fraud, unauthorized distribution, or a prior refund for the same purchase.
If we deny a request, we will explain why and, where possible, tell you what additional information would change our answer.
What RadioReach Is — and Is Not
RadioReach provides contact research, organizational resources, templates, and educational materials to help artists run their own radio outreach. We do not control radio stations, their staff, or their programming decisions, and we do not guarantee responses, airplay, placements, coverage, revenue, or any career outcome. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your music, your pitch, and the stations you contact.
Contact information and submission practices may change over time. Stations change staff, formats, and addresses, so some entries may become outdated. We recommend verifying contacts before you reach out.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you were charged in error or are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] first so we have a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue directly. Most problems can be fixed quickly and simply without a formal dispute.
Nothing in this policy restricts your right to raise a lawful dispute with your bank or card issuer, including disputes involving unauthorized charges or billing errors. This section only asks that you give us a fair chance to make things right first.
Our Commitment to Fair Administration
We apply this policy reasonably and in good faith. The administrative requirements above exist to keep the guarantee honest for everyone — they are not a technicality meant to trip you up. We may waive any administrative or evidence requirement when fairness requires it, including where technical barriers, disability-related needs, or circumstances outside your control made meeting the requirement difficult or impossible. If you had trouble with any part of this process, tell us what happened and we will work with you.
